Değişik diüretiklerle oral yoldan 20 gün süreyle beslenen ratların böbreklerinde 2,4-7-Triamino-fenil-plerident+Hidroklorotiyazid ile beslenenlerde az, Amilorid HCL dihidrate+Hidrklorotiyazid ile beslenenlerde belirgin düzeyde, reversibl akiz renal kistik hastalığı anımsatacak makroskopik ve mikros-kopik değişiklikler belirlendi.
