Involvement of the eye, skin, genitalia, oral may be the initial pre sentation. There is no marker for the disease. Renal involvement is rare. Focal hecrotizing glomerulonephritis and diffuse proliferative glo-merulonephritis with epithelial cell crescent formation can occur
