Özeti Bu çalışmada, Hepatic B yintimkn riskli grup-Malan plan hastane cakanlart ve trlr faktiltesi son my' ogerencikrinin, HBV enfeksiyonu ve a►s, Ale tutuntlart degerlendirildi. AraFtirmaya kaidan 267 hastarte cahlamnin 121'i(%45.3) hekim, (%14.91 heist ire- ebe, 291u(%10.9) laborant-Saghk teknisveni, 2471 (%8.9) hastabalac, Ye 531il (9019.8) son snuf Ogrencisi idi. Saghk personelinin % 28.07 calt,yntalarmda kendilerine hepatit bula►na riskinin olmadtguu ifade etti. Gorfigilenkrin % 61.7'sinin daha once hepatit tahlilleri yapthgt, %14.2'sinin kendisinin, % 11.6'smm da birinci derece yaktnm hepatit 13 gecirdigi Ogrenildi. Hekimkrin yam assth iken (%48.7), bu oran henwire-ebe, laborant- saghk tekniAyeni ve hasta bakullara dogru giderek %20.8'e kadar dtipnekteydi. Hastane rakyanlannin % 58.17 rahimalar, esnasmda HBV enfeksivonu bu-lapnasma karp &km alamadiklaruu soylerken, hekint dip personelin % 15.07nin bulaima ollarr hakkutda ohnathg, anlaphh.

In this study, groups include 121 (45.3%) physi-cians, 40( 14.9%) nurses, 29(10.9%) laboratory tech-nicians, 24(8.9%) trained nurse and 53(19.8%) me-dical students. While 28% of the health care ►vorkers considered themselves not to be in risk of HBV transmission, 61.7% of these have been investigated for HBV markers. 14.2% of the interviewed group and first degree relatives of 11.6% of the same group sustained hepatitis B infection. While half of physicians were given vaccine. the rate of infection seen in nurse aids. laboratory technicians and tra-ined nurses decreased to 20.8%. 58.1% of health care workers didn't describe control measures to prevent HBV transmission in the course of working. 15.0% of the interviewed people with the exception of physicians $vere not knowledgeable about trans-mission routes.
