Sıçan izole Gastro-Özofagal Sfinkteri Üzerine Verepamil, Nifedipin ve Nitrendipin'in Gevşetici Etkileri

Rat gastro-özofagal sfinkterinde yapılan bu in vitro çalışmada, karbakol'e bağlı kasılmalar üzerine Ca2+ kanal blokörlerinden verapamil, nifedipin ve nitrendipin'in gevşetici etkileri incelenmiştir. Söz konusu antagonistler ile elde edilen % gevşemeler karşılaştırıldığında, verapamil ve nitrendipin'in aynı oranda gevşeme yaptığı, buna karşın nitrendipin ile elde edilen gevşemenin diğer iki ilaca göre düşük olduğu görülmüştür.
