The pre vtant rats were fed with diphenylamine derivatives (. tmilorid dihidrat + hid-roelorothiafid) clurin,,? the last week of gestation ins-pired by phanesetin and its major metabolic bre-akdown products are similar chemically diphenvlamine. The di (frrence., that reminded glomerulocystic kidney were -determined with histopathologie exa-mination in kidneys of offvpriti;,- However this dif-frrenees were not noted in olIcpi-inf;s or rats that led normally. We conclude that fetal kidney is susceptible to the interstitial intiantatory elkcts of phanacetin lie-rivairives and the resultmz tubular obstruction pro-duced the cystic changes.
