TIKANMA SARILIĞINDA KOLANJİOJEJUNOSTOMİ

Ocak 1989 tarihinden itibaren 14 hastaya tıkanma ikteri nedeniyle kolanjiojejunostomi uygulandı. Tıkanma ikterli üç hastada santral, beş hastada peri-feral, bir hastada önce santral, sonra periferal kolanji-ojejunostomi uygulandı. Bütün hastalarda anasto-mozlarda stent kullanıldı. Dört hasta erken dönemde eksitus oldu. Benign striktürü bulunan üç hasta sağlıklı durumdadır. Malign striktürü bulunan yedi hastada yaşamları süresince konforlu yaşam sağlandı. Kolanjiojejunostominin tıkanma sarılıp bulunan uygun hastalarda etkin bir cerrahi girişim olduğunu düşünmekteyiz.
