Tiroid Bezının Iğne Biyopsisi

Özeti Soğuk tiroid nodülü tanısı ile Uludağa Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Genel Cerrahi kliniğine yatan 32 hastaya Vim Silverman iğnesi ile kesici iğne biopsisi uygulanmış, tüm olgular operasyona alınarak sonuçlar ameliyat materyalinin histopatolojik tanısı ile karşılaştırılmıştır. 32 olgudan 2'sinde iğne biopsisi ile yeterli doku örneği sağlanamamış, 30 olguda iğne biopsisi ve ameliyat materyalinin hisiopatolojik tanıları arasında uygunluk görülmüştür. Literatürdeki iğne biopsisi serileri de gözden geçirilerek bu yöntemin güvenilir, tehlikesiz ve gereksiz tiroidektorni oranını azaltma yönünde kullanılması gerekli bir yöntem olduğu vurgulanmıştır.

We performed cutting needle biopsy with Vim Silverman needle to 32 patients with cold thyroid nodules in Department of Surgery, Faculty of Medicine, University of Uludağ. All patients underwent operation and the resulis of biopsies were compared with the histopailıological diagnosis of the operation material. in iwo of 32 patienıs, sufficient material tikusv not available with cuning needle biopsy and histopathological diagnosis of 30 patients were compambie with biopsies. as in previous _r_e32)2z1,,-swccQuitıble and avpids patients 1 rom unnecessary ihyroidectomies.
