105 MEME KANSERİ VAKASININ ANALİZİ

Ağustos 1969 - Ağustos 1981 yılları arasında D.Ü.T.F. Genel Cerrahi Biriminde 98 i kadın, 7 si erkek olmak üzere ameliyat edilen 105 meme kanserli hastanın dosyası incelenmiştir. Bu hastaların 12 sinde basit mastektomi, 93 ünde radikal mastektomi yapılmıştır. 105 meme kanserli hastanın 1 i ameliyat esnasında ve 2 si postoperatif devrede kaybedilmiş olup mortalite oranı % 2,8 bulunmuştur.
