Konya §ehir merkezinde hulunan 150 lokantanin larabolarrnda kullanilan acik sahunlardan yapilan kfiltiir sonucunda; Sabun orneklerinin 90'Inda (% 60) hakteri iiredi. 60 ornekte (%40) creme Sabun Orneklerinin % 47inde Staphylococcus au-reus (S. aureus), % 5.33`iinde Staphylococcus epi-dermidis (S. epidermidis), % 33.337inde S.aureus + S.epidermidis. % 4'unde Escherichia coli (E.coli), % 2.67'sinde Klebsiella + S.epidermidis, %2.67'sinde S. epidermidis + Bacteroides % 1.337inde Kleb-siella. % 1 .337inde E.coli + Pseudomonas, % 1 .33`iinde E.coli + S.aureus + S.epidermidis + Bac-teroides. % 1 .337inde S.aureus + S.epidermidis + Bacteroides, % 1.33 orarunda S.aureus + S.epidermidis + Corynebacterium + A grubu beta hemolitik Streptecoccus üredi.
