400 VAJiNAL KÜLTÜRÜN MİKROB İYOLOJIK DEĞERLENDIRMESI

Selçuk Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Mikrobiyoloji Laboratuvarına akımı şikayetleri ile gönderilen 400 vajinal kültür değerlendirildi. 184 kültürde (%46) patojen bakteri üremesi görüldü. 164 kültür (q141) normal vajen florası olarak değerlendirild. 52 kültürde (%.13) üreme olmadı. Patojen bakteri üremesi görülen 184 kültürden 64 tanesinde (%34.8) patojen stafilokok, 56 tanesinde (%30.4) Gram negatif emerik bakteri, 36 tanesinde (%19.6) enterokok ve 28 tanesinde (%15.2) kandida saptandı.
