460 AKCIĞER HİDATİK KİST VAKASINDA UYGULANAN OPERASYONLAR VE SONUÇLARI

460 kist hidatikli vaka serisi incelendi. Vakaların % 90 anda preoperatif teşhis radyolojik olarak kondu. Vakaların 395 ine kistotomi kapitonaj, 27 sine Wedge rezeksiyonu, 15 ine lobektomi, 23 üne segment rezeksiyonu uygulanmıştır. Dikkatli kanama kontrolünü takiben toraksa 2 adet dren konup kapatılmıştır. Vakaların 2 sinde nüks görülmüş (%0.43), 3 vaka ise exitus olmuştur (<;.0 0.65). 3 yıl süreyle yapılan kontrollerde, diğer vakalarda nükse rastlanmamıştır.
