Çalışmada, karyotipi 46,X,del(X)(q22) olan ve Turner fenotipli, 8 yaşında bir kız hastanın sitogenetik ve klinik bul­ guları sunularak, yapısal X kromozomu anomalili olgularda fenotiple karyotip arasındaki bağlantılar tartışıldı.
