Adrenal glandın kistik lezyonları oldukça nadir görülürler. Çoğunlukla asemptomatik olan ve tesadüfen saptanan kistlerden en sık endotelyal ve psödokistler görülür. Endotelyal kistler, endotel hücreleri ile döşeli lenfatik kanallara benzeyen yapılardır, lenfanjiomatoz ve anjiomatoz kistler olarak adlandırılan iki gruba ayrılır. Bu çalışmada endotel hücreleri ile döşeli kistik yapıdan oluşan adrenal kist literatür eşliğinde incelendi.
