Ailesel Akdeniz ateşi (AAA) tekrarlayıcı ateşli poliserozit ve artrit ataklarıyla karakterize otoinflamatuar bir hastalıktır. Literatüre bakıldığında AAA ve romatoid artrit (RA) birlikteliği çok nadirdir. Burada AAA ve RA birlikteliği olan bir vaka sunuldu. Buna göre klinisyenler AAA hastalarında sabah tutukluğu ve eroziv poliartrit varlığında eşlik eden RA tutulumunu da akılda tutmalıdır.
