ALKALEN REFI,ü GASTRİT'İN ÖNLENMESINDE SUKRALFATIN ROLÜ

20 adet köpekte alkalen reflü gastrit oluşturulup 2. günden itibaren 10 deneğe 200 mglkglgün sükralfat 60 gün süreyle verildi. Diğer 10 denek ise kontrol grubu olarak bırakıldı. iki ay sonra tüm de-neklere total gastrektomi yapılarak mide mukozası lezyon skoru, histopatolojik tetkik, gastrit dereceleri, mast hücre konsantrasyonu, mide pH'sı, antral ve pilorik mukoza kalınlığı değerlendirildi. Sonuçlar Student t testi ile karşılaştırıldı. Sükralfat kullanımı ile alkalen reflü gastrit skorlarının azaldığı tespit edildi.
