Artrogripozis Multipleks Konjenita eklemlerde kontraktürlerle karakterize konjenital bir hastalıktır. Bu hastaların eklemlerinde kontraktür nedeniyle sık olarak ortopedik girişimler geçirmesi gerekmektedir. Kısa boyun, mikrognati ve eklem kontraktürleri boyunda ve çene hareketlerinde kısıtlılığa yol açarak entübasyonda güçlüğe neden olabilir. Bu sunuda Artrogripozis Multipleks Konjenitalı bir olguda tekrarlayan operasyonlar nedeniyle anestezi yönetimi irdelendi.
