Klinik olarak sessiz seyreden; normotensif, asemptomati feokromositoma tanısı alan bir kadm hasta takdim edilmiştir. Sağ adrenal kitle rastlantı sonucu ubdominal ulirasonografi ve bilgisayarlı tom-ografi ile tesbit edildi. İdrarkı atılan serbest katekolanıin ve katekolamin metabolitleri normal değerlerden yüksek bulundu. Kitle cerrahi olarak cıkartıldı. Pa-tolojik inceleme de tanıyı doğruladı. Modern görüntüleme yöntemlerinin rutin kullanıma girmesi ile asemptomatik feokronıositoma tanısı alan olgu sayısının artacağının, beklenilmesi doğaldır.
