Kronik inflamatuar demiyelinizan polinöropati, otoimmun mekanizmalar sonucu periferik sinirlerde multifokal demyelinizasyonla seyreden bir hastalıktır. Klinik başlangıç ve seyri belirgin çeşitlilik gösterebilir. Tedavi edilebilir bir nöropati olduğundan tanı konulması önemlidir. Burada, asimetrik güçsüzlük ve diplejifasyal ile prezente olan kronik inflamatuar demiyelinizan nöropatili nadir bir olgu sunulmaktadır.
