Transjuguler İntrahepatik Portosistemik Şant (TIPSS), transjuguler yolla karaciğer parankimine bir stent yerleştirerek portal venöz sistem ve hepatik venöz sistem arasında bir şant oluşturma işlemidir. Türkiye’de az sayıda klinikte uygulanmaktadır. Biz de bu olguda hastanemizde başarıyla gerçekleştirilen ilk TIPSS girişimini sunmayı amaçladık
