Behçet hastalığı (BH) tekrarlayan oral, genital ülser ve göz tutulumuyla seyreden, ayrıca eklem, kardiyovasküler, nörolojik, gastrointestinal sistem ve böbrek tutulumunun da görüldüğü sistemik bir vaskülittir. Böbrek tutulumu genelde amiloidoz olarak kendini gösterir. Bu vaka sunumunda BH tanısıyla takip edilirken proteinüri saptanması üzerine yapılan biyopsi sonrasında amiloidoza bağlı böbrek tutulumu tespit edilen bir hastadan bahsedilmiştir.
