Dalagin benign nonparazitik kistik lezyonlan çok nadir görülür. Literatürde 1989 yılına kadar 650 yaka bildirilmiştir. Biz, bu makalede epitelval kist nedeniyle parsiyel splenektomi tıyguladıgımiz bir vakamazı sunduk.
