Hepatoblastom büyük oranda yeni doğanlarda, nadiren de 2 yaşın üzerinde görülür. Akciğer, beyin ve lenf ganglionlarına metastaz yapar. Histolojik olarak hepatoblastomun iki tipi vardır: Epitelial tip ve mikst tip. Bu tümörün hepatokarsinomdan histopatolojik olarak ayırımı zordur,. Bu bildiride bir hepatohlastom vakası takdim edilerek, klinikopatolojik özellikleri tartışıldı.
