Daha önceden sağ üreter obstrüksiyonu tanısıyla iki kez öpere edilmiş olan idyopatik retroperitoneal fibrozis vakasını sunuyoruz. Postoperatif görülen sağ üreter obstrüksiyonu üreteroüreterostomi ile düzeltildi.
