Utero-vaginal obstruksiyon anomalikri stkilkla puberte cagmda ortaya cikarlar. Menstruasyonun balk:mast ile menstruel kan birikerek vagina veya uterusta distansiyon oluourur. Imperfore himen 20(X) jinekolojik hastadan birisinde fiikat cogunlukla insidansi % 0.014-0.024 arasinda degil►ektedir. Allen varktrilik oldugu da Impe►fore himene !Nigh obstruksiyon ►enaroa veya sonrasinda genellikk 9-15 ..vaylari arasinda seniptomatik hale gelmektedir. Bizim vakamın 16 yaşında ye şikayetleri de 3 yıldır devam etmekteydi.
