BRUCELLA ANTİKORLARININ ARAŞTIRILMASINDA SPOT, ROSE-BENGAL VE WRIGIIT AGLÜTİNASYON TESTLERiNiN KARŞILAŞTIRILMASI

Çeşitli kliniklerdeki bruselloz şikayeti ile brusella antikorlartnın araştırıması için laboratuvarımıza gönderilen 200 hastada SPOT (ST), ROSE BENGAL (RIIT) ve WRIGIIT AGLUTINASYON (WAT) testleri yapılmış ve değerlendirilmiştir. Bir hastada ST ve RBT olumsuz çıkmasına karşın WAT 1140 oranında olumlu bulunmuştur. Bir hasta serumunda RBT olumlu, ST zayıf olumlu ve aglutinasyon litresi 1140 olumlu ,bulunmuştur. Aglutinasyonla elde edilen 1180 ve daha yukarısı olumlu titrelerde ST ve RBT %100 uyumluluk göstermektedir.
