Bu vakalarats klinik bulgulartsun stklik, tiirii, la-boratuar bulgulart ve iskelet sistemi komp-likasyonlart geizden ge irilmi, tic. Vakalartn 40't kadin 231ii erkektir. Klinik semptom olarak 51 has-tada atec (% 81), 42 hastada terleme (% 67). 39 hastada ii§lime-titreme (% 61), 39 hastada artrit (% 46). 2 hastada lokositoz (% 3), 7 hastada llikopertr (% 11), 42 hastada lenfomonositoz (% 67) bulundu. Vakalartn 6'suula (% 9) kart kiiltiirii pozinfti. Klinik ye radvolojik de gerlendirmelere Ore 13 hastada spondilir (% 20.6). 8 hastada seakroileit (% 12). 4 hastada orFit (% 6) komplikasyonit bulimmuftur.
