Lipomlar en sık rastlanan testis dışı skrotal kitlelerdir. Genellikle spermatik korddan gelişirler. Etyolojisi bilinmez ancak konstitisyonel faktörlere, obesiteye bağlanır. 5. ve 6. onyıllarda daha sık rastlanır. Bu olgu sunumunda 70 yaşındaki erkek hastada saptanan sıradışı, büyük bir skrotal lipom anlatılmaktadır.
