Bu çalışmada 17-87 yaVart arasynda 62 (24 K. 38 E) kanser vakast rler 21-59 veqlart arasinda 35 (24 E. 111‘) saglikh k4ide serum TPA. 132 - mik-roglobulin GST izoenzimleri araptrildt. Has-talara aid TPA. P2-mikrogh &Win. GST-J1 ve GST-a ditzevleri swam ile 356.3±59.4 U1L, 3.74±1.68 pt I nil. 28.4±13.3 nghtti ve 4.74±3.95 ugh!!l olarak ha-lutunt4en ktmtrfillere aid tip,' degerler 74.1±-34.6 UIL, 2.55g).66 pghnl, 22.1 ±10.8 nglml ye 4.57±3.2 ng/nd olarak bulundu. Her iki ,gritba aid TPA. P2- mikroglobulin ve GST-r1 arasmdaki fitrkut istatistiki actdan onemli oldugtt bulundu. Ole van-dan kanser vakalarinda GST-p diizevittin %60 ora-mild° pozitif oldugu Bu deer sookh Oer kin verilen degerle aymthr. Sonuc olarak kanser vakalarinda vukandaki parametrelerin birlikte tayinlerinin kanser teşhisine yardımcı olacağı kanaatine varıldı.
