Çeşitli Hastalık Materyallerinde Ureyen Klebsiella Grubu Bakterilerin Tiplendirilmesi

İdrar, dışkı, üst solunum yolu (boğaz,burun), cilt lezyo-nu, kulak akıntısı, safra ve kan örneklerinden üretilen gram negatif bakterilerden klebsiella özelliğine uyan 62 suş izole edilmiştir. Bunlara uygulanan biyokimyasal testlerin sonucun-da 49'u (%79,3) Kl. pneumoniae,9'u (%14,53) Kl. ozaenae, 2'si (% 3.22) Kl. rhinoscleromatis olarak değerlendirilmiştir. 2' sinin Klebsiella grubuna dahil olmasına karşılık türü tayin edilememiştir. 40 Klebsiella suşunun serolojik tip tayininde ise en çok tip 2(% 52,5) bulunmuştur.
