Bu calqmada ce itil kliniklerde yatan ye ana-erohik infekslyon #iphesi clan hastalardan alznan far-kit materyallerin anaerohik kulturr yapzInuou-. Toplam 84 materyalin 22'sinden 23 anaerobik bak-teri izole edilrnitir. Bu anaerohik bakterilerin 19'u saf anaerop, 374 anaerop-aerop kat-41k olarak Lae edilmigir. 20 pelvik inflamatuar hastalik ol-.gusunclan izole edilen 9 anaerohik bakteriden 5'i gram pozitif anaerohik kok, Tsi Bacterokles, Fu-sobacterium. 17 Propinioba•terium, 51 infertilite ol-gusundan cul-de-sac`dan laporoskopla alman turlerden lireyert 5 anaeroptan 37i Peptostreptococcus, 17 Proplonihacterum, 17 ana-erohik Lactobacillus, I douglas absesinden izole edilen 2 anaeroptan Propionihacterum ye 1'1 Peptostreptococcus olarak idantifiye edilmivir. Ay-rtca 5 Pleuropulmoner infeksiyondan 2 Pep-tostreptococcus, 1 akut parotit olgusundan Bac-teroides. 1 nekrotizan fasii olgusundan da Peptostreptococcus iiremigir. API 20A sistemiyle yapilan 10 anaerohik bakterinin tiplendirmesinde 4 gram pozitif sporsuz basil Lactobacillus jensenii gram negatif basil Fu.sobacterium mortiferum 1 grain pozitif sporlui basil Clostridium butyricum olarak hir Gram pozitif kok ise API 20 sistemiyle tiplendirilememivir.
