Ayrılmış suprakondiler humerus kırıgı olan 26 çocuk hastaya açık redüksiyon ve çapraz Kirschner teli ile tespit işlemi uygulandı. Bir hastada yüzeyel enfeksiyon, üç has-tada kübitis varus deformitesi (% 14) meydana geldi. Diğer spesifik komplikasyonlar (myositis, ossifikans, Volkmann'ın istemik kontraktürü, nörovasküler yaralanma gibi) meydana gelmedi.
