Bu çalışmada, okul çağı çocuklarında sedasyon altında gerçekleştirilen lomber ve torakal epidural uygulamaları sunuldu. Torakal epidural kateterler elektif torakotomi operasyonlarından önce yerleştirilip genel anestezi ile kom­ bine edildiler. Lomber epidural kateterler genel anestezi kontrendikasyonu mevcut olan, acil ortopedik vakalara yerleştirilip sedasyon ile kombine edildiler.
