Akciğerin kistik hastalıkları, konjenital veya akkiz olabilir. Konjenital kistler hayatın erken dönemlerinde bronşiyal sistemden kaynaklanırlar. Süratle büyüyenleri ileri solunum problemlerine sebebiyet verdikleri için acilen teşhis edilip, cerrahi olarak tedavi edilmelidir. Erken yakalanıp tedavi edilen konjenital dev akciğer büllü 8 aylık bir vakamızı yayınlamayı uygun bulduk.
