Amaç: Dev karaciğer hemanjiomu tanısı alan bir olguda, anestezi yönetiminin tartışılması amaçlandı. Olgu Sunumu: Karında kitle nedeniyle takip edilen ve dev karaciğer hemanjiomu tanısı alan, 66 yaşındaki erkek olguya 5.5 saat süren kitle eksizyonu cerrahisi uygulandı. Postoperatif genel cerrahi servisinde 5 gün takip edilen olgu problemsiz olarak taburcu edildi. Sonuç: Dev karaciğer hemanjiomlarının anestezi yönetiminde; hastanın operasyon öncesi detaylı değerlendirilmesi ve operasyon sırasında ani gelişebilecek hipotansiyona karşı yeterli hazırlığın yapılmasının gerekli olduğu kanaatindeyiz.
