Disfajiye neden olan çeşitli vasküler anomaliler vardır. Disfaji nedeniyle mül-araat eden bir erkek has-tada anjiyografik olarak aberran karatid arter teşhis edildi. Cerrahi tedaviden sonra hastanın şikâyeti tümüyle kayboldu. Literatiirde böyle bir anomallye rastlamadık.
