Kliniğimizde ilk kez yapılan DREZ ameliyatının fizyopatalojik ve cerrahi esaslara takdim edilmiştir. Brakial pleksus avulziyonuna bağlı deafferantasyon ağrısı olan yaka takdim edilmiştir.
