Ektopik yerleşim gösteren bir paratiroid ade-nonıu olgusu sunuldu. Normal anatomik lo-kalizasyonunda patoloji saptanamayan primer hi-perparatiroidili olgularda. paratiroid glandların ektopik yerleşimli olabileceği ve bu anatomik var-yasyonların tanıda gecikmeye ve cerrahi müdahale sırasında teknik zorluklara neden olabileceği be-lirtildi.
