Enürezis Noktürnaisz olan 15 olgu ürodinamik çalışma ile değerlendirilmiştir, 9 oguda detrüsör nstabilitesi ve azalnuş fonksiyonel mesane kapasitesi saptanmıştır. Azalmış fonksiyonel kapasite ile birlikte detrüsör instabilitesinin enürezis nöktürnanın et-volojisinde önemli bir yeri olduğu sonucuna varolmıştır.
