Çalışmamızda Etomidate; anestezi indüksiyo-nunda klinik ve hemodinamik olarak incelendi. Etomidate'ın yan etkileri ve hemodinami üzerinde premedikasyonwı önemi araştırıldı. Etomidate bir çok olumlu etkisi ile ideale en yakın intravenöz anestezik ajan olduğu ve premedi-kasyon yöntemlerinden ise en uygununun Fentanyl + Atropin kombinasyonu olduğu sonucuna varıldı.
