ETOMIDATEIN ELEKTROKARDIOGRAFI (EKG) VE SERUM ELEKTROLITLERİ ÜZERINE ETKISI

Çalzşmarnızda Etornidate'in eletrokardiografi ve serum elektrolitleri üzerine etkileri incelendi. EKG traselerinde hiç bir disritmiye rastlanmadı. Anesteziden önce ve Etomidate verilişinden 15 dakika sonra elde ettiğimiz serum Na+ , ,Ca++ değerleri arasında istatistik' olarak önemli fark bulunmadı. Bulgulartmız sonucunda kardiovasküler sistem ve serum elektrolitleri üzerindeki olumlu etkileri nede-niyle kardiak problemli, rezervleri tükenmiş, serum K'u yüksek hastalarda avantajlı olacağı sonucuna vardık.
