Funtiliyul hipertrigliseridemili gebelenle lipitlerirt biyokimyasal değerleri büyük oranda artmakuı ve akut pankreatite yol açarak anne ve ferus için Jatal sonuçlar doğurabilınektedir. Erken teşhis konulduğunda bu hastalarda diye; ve plalma exchange uygulamalar( gibi _yakla.şunlarla akla pankreant gelişimine engel olmak mümkün gözükmektedir. 1956 yılından bu yana 11 yaka bildirilmiştir. Nadir görülen böyle bir yaka5a kliniğimirde tesbit ederek, yayıniamayt uygun bulduk.
