1989 ile 1992 yılları arasında kliniğimize müracaat eden 22 frontal sinüs fraktürlü hasta; tanı, tedavi ve komplikasyonlar açısından değerlendiril-miştir. I lastaların büyük çoğunluğunda etyoloji trafik kazası olup sıklıkla ön duvar fraktürüne rastlandı. Frontal sinüs fraktürlerinde kompüterize tomografik tetkik kırığın lokalizasyonunu belirlemede ve tedavi-nin planlanmasında yardımcı önemli bir teknik inceleme yöntemidir.
