Bazı sıvılar alt solunum yollan için toksiktir aspirasyonlan sonucu bakterie 1 egeksiyonlarla ilişkisi bir infiamasyona neden olurlar. Bn sıvılar arasında asitler, hidrokarbonlar, mineral sıvılar. alkol, safra ve hayvansal yağlar sayılmaktadır. Seyrek görülmesi nedeniyle kliniğimizde takip ettiğimiz, bir hidrokarbon bileşiği olan gazyağı alınu sonucu oluşan iki pnömoni olgusunu sunuyoruz.
