İkter hamile kadınlarda bir çok neden bağlı olarak ortaya çıkabilir. Hamilelik döneminde intrahepatik kolestaza nadir olarak rastlanmaktadır. Bu hastalarda kolelitiyazis normal topluma göre daha sık rastlanır. Bizim hastanuzda da intrahepatik kokstazis kolelitiyazis ile beraberdi. Bu iki tablo birlikte nadir olarak görüldüğü için yayınlamayı uygun gördük.
