Gebelikle ilişili spontan hepatik hemoraji ( GİSHH), gebeliğin hipertansif hastalığının komplikasyonu olarak ortaya çıkan nadir bir sendromdur. Abercrombie’nin 1884de ilk vakayı tanımlamasından bu yana 150den fazla vaka rapor edilmiştir. Tanı; gebelik toxemisinde sağ üst kadran ağrısı olan vakalarda hemorajiden şüphelenmekle konur. USG hemorajiyi doğrulamada basit ve kolay ulaşılır bir metotdur. Kabul gören tedavi yöntemleri perihepatik packing, bazı lokal hemostatik ajanların kullanılması ve kanayan yüzeyin sütür ligasyonudur. Bu yazıda fetal distres nedeniyle acil operasyona alınan 32 yaşında, multipar, preeklamtik hasta sunulmuştur.
