Gebelik ve myom vakası sıklığı, doğum yaşının ileri kayması ile giderek artmaktadır. Tedavide genel yaklaşımın konservatif tipte olması, cerrahi (myomektomi) yaklaşımdan mümkün olduğu kadar kaç nılması tavsiye edilmektedir.
