HaNDL sendromu, migren benzeri orta şiddette veya çok şiddetli baş ağrısı epizodları ile beraber geçici nörolojik defisitin görüldüğü, beyin omurilik sıvısında (BOS) lenfositoz saptanan inme ve auralı migreni taklit edebilen, nadir bir sendromdur. Bu yazıda, baş ağrısı ile beraber geçici nörolojik defisiti  ve BOS’ta lenfositozu olan HaNDL sendromu tanısı konulan 26 yaşında erkek hasta sunulmaktadır.
