Gelişme Geriliği ve Medulloblastoma ile Birlikte Bulunan Trichoepithelioma Olgusu

Trichoepithelioma nadir rastlanan bir hastalıktır. Alopopecia ve myasthenia gravis ile birlikte olabilen trichoepithelioma olguları bildirilmiştir. Fakat gelişme geriliği ve medullobllastoma ile birlikte trichoepithelioma olgusuna kaynaklarda rastlanmamıştır. Histopatolojik olarak trichoepithelioma tanısı konulmuş olgumuzda gelişme geriliği ve medulloblastoma saptanmıştır. Bu üç antitenin birlikte görülmesi ve aralarındaki ilişki henüz aydınlanmış değildir.
