Bu calipnanin amact tibbi hastaligi plan has-talarda uyku yakinmalarinin ye uyku ho-zukluklartmn srkligint aravirmaktir. Yarr ya-pilandtrilmr1 hir gori4me formu ye DSM-IV tam kriterleri kullanrlarak 92 poliklinik hastasi de-gerlendirildi. 40 hastaya (% 43.5) genet tibbi hir duruma baglz uyku bozuklugu (insomni tipi) tams, konuldu. Uyku yakinmalarinin sikItgr % 29.3 ile % 75 arasinda deg4mekteydi. Aynt zamanda uyku ya-krnmalarr ve hagrmsiz deg i4kenler arasindaki ko-relasyon araprildr. Ycq. cinsiyet ve hastalrk sii-resinin uyku yakinmalarinin ortaya crkzpnda belirgin etkileri oldugu hulundu. Bu hulgular trhbi hastaligi olan hastalarm degerlendirilmesinde uyku yakinmalarinin dikkate almmasi gerektigini göstermektedir.
