Altmış iki yaşında bir hastada kırk yıllık bir öyküye sahip inguinal yerleşimfi büyük bir condyloma acu-minatum vakası eksizyon sonrası ince kalınlıkta deri grefti ile onarıldı. Bu kadar uzun bir öyküye rağmen, malign transformasyon göstermeyişi ve büyük bo-yutları sebebi ile sunuldu.
